11:55 the dealer shorted you $200. At first I didn't think you got paid double for the double down, but at 12:47 you can see they paid you $200 on your $100 bet, they didn't do that on your prior hand.

The guy next to you should play by himself cause he was made some of the worst calls I've ever seen and it screwed you out of a few more wins

For this game I think you are better off just betting by 25 on the black jack and 25 on the pot of gold. With the negative EV due to pushing on 22 I think your better off trying to win on the side bet coins. Plus you can play longer if you are betting 25 vs 50-150 to hand. Just a thought, I could be wrong.
